9/2-/2017 Meterr's layout for Soup of the Day

I picked Meterr's LO today because I love the photo and how she used the challenge to create the great layout.

Soup of the Day: 8/16/2017

Petra's page just popped out at me. I loved how she used the bling on the flash part of the camera. Congrats, Petra.

Today's pick is this adorable layout by Lori!  Of course, I love the cute photos of the dog and little girl.......because every dog needs a kid to love, right?  But I also love the simple design, the colors and the cluster of banners at the top of the layout.

So congratulations Lori on Soup of the Day!!!

This morning I picked Wendy's cute train layout. I really liked the layout and the primary colors. The  buttons look just like wheels. Great job!

Soup of the Day June 21, 2017

As I opened the gallery this morning, I was immediately drawn to two layouts. One by Barb and another by Cassy.

I chose this one by Barb because I loved how the colors in the photos and embellishments popped off the white background.

And I also chose this one by Cassy for the same reason.  Instead of a white background, Cassy used a black background to make her choice of pattern papers and embellishments pop.

Congrats ladies on Soup of the Day!!!

June 7 Soup of the Day: TAMARA!

When I went into the Gallery to choose this week's Soup of the Day winner, my eye was immediately drawn to this layout by TAMARA:

I love the soft color palette, the sweet patterned paper designs, those doily and flower embellishments and, of course, those adorable baby pictures!

Congratluations and well done,Tamara!

Today I picked this awesome layout by Patti for Soup of The Day. I love everything about this page. The umbrella, the music notes and especially the fabulous photos!

Cookin' up Creations monthly themed challenges are BACK.....

Join us all month long as we celebrate our Annual - Mad about Sketches featuring sketches by Rochelle Spears. Each Blue Plate Special challenge will be based off one of her sketches!

The day you were born

I used the April 1st rewind sketch from Rochelle for this page about my son and his 3rd child (my 3rd grandchild) and I used the fun colors of spring from the inspiration photo by Brenda.
Fun sketch.  Page went together fast.

Soup of the Day - 04/05/17

.....so today I went to the gallery looking for the first layout that caught my attention. This layout by Patti just so happened to be that said layout! Congratulations Patti on having the Layout of the week!

I love everything about this layout! I love the colors, the title, the way it's laid out on the page....everything! Not to mention, these days the only layouts I seem to complete are "scraplifts", and I can definitely see myself scraplifting this one!! Again, Patti, CONGRATULATIONS!
