OMG it's April already.. and here goes the Make up Monday.... we are celebrating the ABC of scrapbooking.

Make up Monday

Make up Monday  at Cookin' Up Creations

and this month we are celebrating with Back 2 School.

We start Technique Tuesday with Barb at Computer Class.

Computers, unlike the old manual typewriters that we used in my day, have a big variety of fonts, type styles, sizes and a whole array of other choices. 

For this challenge, I want you to take advantage of all the type styles out there today, and I want you to mix 'em up! Use at least two different font styles and sizes on your project.

What's New Wednesday is Wood Shop with Tracy.

Wood embellishments seem to be all the rage right now so get them out and use them.

Toss Up Thursday with Jan is Something New.

So your challenge today is based on using something NEW. If you belong to a kit club then break it open and use it on today's challenge.

Friday Focus with Annie is School ID.

Get out those school photos and share on a page.

Saturday Sketch  with Jeannie is using Theatre Fun for it's school theme.

The challenge is to use this sketch as your guide and make a lo with a theme of performance 
any type silly family get together or a big production on a stage with the big lights and curtain calls

Sunday Inspiration is with Beth is to  use this fun school photo for inspiration.

Use the flollowing picture as your inspiration, colors, groups of children, school building, bus driver, school bus,school project,etc.

Technique Tuesday - 8/20/13 - Jumanji

For this challenge I would like you to take inspiration from the Jumanji game board above and for an unexpected twist create an embellishment out of something unusual.

You to think food or eating growing buying etc

Toss Up Thursday 8/22/13 -

I would like to see some sort of checker board pattern. It doesn't have to be big but just so that you can tell it's a checker board pattern somewhere on your layout.

Friday Focus - 8-23 - Candyland

Challenge is to  find inspiration in the game of Candyland and transfer that to your layout. For example, in my layout, I found inspiration in the colors, candy, and theme.

I want you to use Go Fish! and/or the above packaging as your inspiration. You can go in any direction you like -- fish, cards, the colors on the box, the title, etc.

For Technique Tuesday, Jan challenged you to use this amazing sketch and add Paint to our project.

In What's New Wednesday, Barb challenged us to use dies with the sketch.

In Toss up Thursday, Cassy inspired us with this sketch and a theme from the poem.

 In Focus Friday, Bev wanted to focus on shapes and use at least 3 different ones.

For Sketchy Saturday, Barb wanted us to focused on the banner and use 4 different papers on it and only 1 of which could be cardstock.

And finally for Inspiration Sunday, Tracy inspired us to grab our vacation photos with water and be inspired by them.
