Welcome to Cookin' Up Creation's Winter Wonderland of Embellishments Blog Hop. We're glad you stopped by. This is your first stop.

The embellishment I have picked is shaped brads. There are so many fun ones on the market right now and so many ways to use them. (Need ideas? Check out the Design Team's projects at Cookin' Up Creations). I used the little birds from Eyelet Outlet & Brads on my card. My challenge to you is to create a card or LO using shaped brads. And, because I love to see your work, please upload your creations in the Cookin' Up Creations gallery in the Embellishments Blog Hop Album (you will need to register for the gallery if you are not already registered). Don't forget to leave a comment here. Tell me about the most unusual way you have used brads and I will enter you name in a drawing for an assortment of shaped brads PLUS there will be two prizes awarded. One prize is for participating in the blog hop and becoming a follower of the Cookin’ up Creations blog . A Grand Prize, will be awarded to the person who has left comments at all 12 blogs, completed all the challenges and loaded them into the gallery, and become a follower of the Cookin' Up Creations blog. Both prizes will be Random Drawings! Thanks for stopping by. Next you want to hop on over to see Suzanne at http://oscrappyday.blogspot.com/ Have a fun week!

  2. Cute card, Patti......love the way you used the brads!

Hmmm......the most unusual ways that I've used brads would be dotting my letters with them and creating photo corners with them.

  5. Oh I just hope I can find some. My supplies are in neverland waiting for their new home. These challenges are surely really going to be a challenge for me. LOL The most unusual way I have used brads was in a criss cross up the whole layout to hold the string that made a shoelace type effect. Hope that makes sense!! Off to look for brads... :) Thanks for letting us participate!
