With Cookin' up Creations Celebrating it's 4th Birthday this month, the gallery seems to be overflowing with birthday themed creations, and so so many creations to choose from....which is why I always dread when it's my turn to pick the layout of the week, as I want to pick them all.
I finally decided on this Banner on Banner card created by Wanda. I just love her color choice on this one, and it immediately caught my eye in the gallery!
