It's time to catch up on all of last weeks awesome challenges. Hopefully each of you will be able to take the day today and actually play catch up! Remember there's still plenty of time to get "caught up" and definitely be on the look-out this week as another weeks worth of awesome challenges will be posted for you!
Now for the recap!
On Tuesday - Nordica posted an awesome challenge based on a YouTube video by Rachel from the Mixed Media Arts channel using Glimmer Mists to make your own background paper for layouts and cards. She chose to use the the cling wrap technique because she really liked the look of it! And so do we!
on Wednesday - Wanda reminded us that there is nobody hotter in the scrapbooking world these days than Tim Holtz. And challenged us all to dig into our "stash" and create a project using his products. Here's her absolutely stunning creation.
on Thursday - Tabitha made a napkin holder for us using a plain sheet of chipboard, cut to the right sizes and then decorated. What a great idea, and really cute end result!
on Friday - Tamara reminded us of another item that we all have in our stash somewhere - and that would be bottle caps! There are so many different things that you can do with them these days, and she chose to use them on her title in this adorable layout!
on Saturday - Sarah posted a really great sketch (especially for those 8-1/2 x 11 scrappers like myself) with an adorable layout of her daughter to go along with it. This is definiately one sketch that I plan on doing! Hope you do too!
and finally on Sunday - Tamara inspired us all to dig out the 'ol Color Wheel for inspiration, and create a layout using it! And remember, if you're like me, and gave your color wheel away a long time ago, you can google it and find all kinds of them online.
Happy Creating this week ladies!
