Layout of the Week -- March 9 -- WANDA!

ur gallery at Cookin' Up Creations is full of wonderful layouts, cards and other projects, so it's always difficult to choose just one for Layout of the Week. But this one by Wanda caught my attention right away. Wanda has such an elegant style, and this page is no exception. Look at the gorgeous details -- the Graphic45 papers; the creative use of Tim Holtz tissue tape on the title letters; her usage of layers, textures, patterns and colors. All of it adds up to one truly gorgeous layout:
