My older daughter had sent me a link to her Easter photos from 2009 and I had wanted to scrap them but never seemed to get around to it. These Best Creation "Bunny Love" papers were perfect! I combined the papers with a sketch from Nuts About Sketches and used a journaling tag from The Living Room Floor, enhanced with a Bunny Love border sticker and tiny alpha stickers.

Here's a close up of the adorable bunny sticker. Check out the glitter!

This week has been a rough one for me at school and in the process, it has reminded me of how lucky I am. So I decided to create this layout using Dream Street patterned papers and scraps, and The Living Room Floor's black and white journaling tag and HEART tag I loved how they accented the layout and couldn't resist trying something different! I also took an acrylic circle, rimmed it with lace, and embellished with a stamp and paint, flowers, and a butterfly. Thanks for looking and staying positive!

I said it last week and I'll say it this week...these papers are awesome! I haven't had a lot of time the past week (or this weekend for that matter) to do a lot of scrapping or card making...but I came home at 10 pm last night and had these two cards done in about 30 minutes!!! AND I'm happy with how they turned out!!! :) On the Welcome Baby card, I added some lace and a peach colored safety pin. Everything else used is from Best Creation!

Last Month, Best Creation hosted a blog hop with the focus being mini books. They posted a tutorial on how to make these books using only one page of paper! Their cardstocks are heavy and beautiful on both sides so they are perfect for this. Although their tutorial instructs you to glue the backs of the pages together, I decided I wanted more pages so I attached the pages to each other using glue dots and ribbons. You can also vary the lengths of your pages to create different effects. Check out their blog for the tutorial and other great ideas! Since this will be a future gift, I did not put a title or photos in the book until I know exactly who it will go to!
I started with this beautiful page from the Jubilee Collection:

and created this album:

This page also includes a cute journaling tag from our other sponsor Living Room Floor. The tag was precut and the perfect colors to go with my book!

Except for a few pieces of ribbon, some buttons and crystals and the tag from LIving Room Floor, all tags and accents are from the various papers from the Jubilee Collection.

This first card is made with Bazzill cardstock and Best Creation pattern paper. I added some buttons and ribbon and stamped with CTMH sentiments.

This next card is also made with Bazzill cardstock and Best Creation pattern paper as well as sticker punchouts. These are wonderful for a quick sentiment or embellishment. I also touched it up with misc. ribbon and MM brads.

We hope you enjoyed our creations this week! Please stop by the forum and see what's happening! The CROP CHEF competition is in full swing, with Challenge #4 up and running until Thursday. And there is a whole month of Blue Plate Special challenges waiting for you, with a new challenge each day. Come on over!
