Now for the reveals........

Barb

This week I was inspired to make Easter cards for my granddaughters with my BUNNY LOVE papers and stickers by Best Creation. The girls are going to love the glittery details on some of the papers!

I used my own cardstock and some felt embellishments from Sassafras Lass that I bought on sale a while back for the first two cards. Both cards are very similar because they're going to sisters, and I want to spare their mom the argument "but her card is better than mine!"

For the third card (because I have three granddaughters) I used a little blue bird stricker from Hobby Lobby. Don't you just love the assortment of patterns and colors in this paper collection?

The circle and scallop circle shapes were cut with Spellbinders dies. the design sketch is from My Sketch World.

For my layout this week, I chose to use My Living Room Floor's journaling cards to set off my title and record this moment of my daughter's first night dance at TBJHS! They actually dressed up so I chose two of their cards to set off my layout. I also finally used my Pink Paislee patterned papers, some DCWV chipboard embellishments and much more to bring out the silver in her dress.

I just found out that a former co-worker is pregnant and is having a boy...so I had that on my mind when trying to decide what I was gonna do this week. I finally settled on altering some old CD's into a mini baby album! (remember all those discs AOL used to send??? I saved them!) There are no pictures right now, since it's NOT for any of my babies, but you'll get the idea! Used The Safari Boy Collection from our sponsor Best Creation, various ribbons, and a button! You'll also notice that I interspersed some of the journaling cards in between the CD pages...a great way to get a little more "real estate" in the book since she will be able to add small pictures to the backs of those too!

For my first card this week, I paired two black and white journaling tags from The Living Room Floor with some birthday embellishments to make this fun card. I love how the black and white contrast with the bright pink of my cardstock.

I had an extra present, so I stuck it on the inside of the card for an extra touch. I also used some tiny letters from Basic Grey and Divine Twine.

My second card is made with the Jubilee line from Best Creations. The sparkle in these papers really makes for a fun card. I love how the papers with the tags and accents are also printed on the back. I used some scraps from the tag page to create some butterflies and tied them with Divine Twine.

Here is my layout created with these cute journal cards from the Living Room Floor. These kids are so dang cute, they could match anything I put them by. I added some plain cardstock rectangles around the photo with some bling and a chipboard title from I can't remember. KI ?
